Yogurt Garlic Sauce Recipe

Are you looking for a healthy alternative to mayonnaise? This healthy sauce is very versatile and will replace mayo in any recipe. Make it in a large batch to keep on hand for a variety of uses.
  • 1 Liter (4 CUPS) Container Plain Yogurt
  • 1/2 CUP chopped cilantro or mint
  • 1/4 CUP Crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 TBSP diced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Use a fork to mash ingredients together, leaving out the yogurt. Pour yogurt in a large bowl and mix with feta/ cilantro mixture.
We like to use this sauce as a veggie dip, salad dressing, and sauce in a wrap for extra flavor. This also works as a marinade for chicken, lamb, and salmon. You can make it your own by switching the cheese and the herbs.
