Like many parents, I want my son to grow up being a better person than his mom and dad.  That includes accomplishing more in life, being a kinder more compassionate person, and being healthier.  

By nature, I am not that interested in cooking. Lately, my interest in cooking has been slowly developing because I want to start serving good, healthy home cooked meals for my family.  I want my son's diet to have a higher percentage of veggies and fruits.
