CHEDDAR CHEESE PUFFS

1 c. cheddar, shredded

1/2 c. flour

1/4 c. butter, softened

1/2 tsp. ground mustard

- Preheat oven to 400, combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place at least 1-inch apart on a cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. You can serve them warm or cooled. This makes approximatly 2 dozen balls.

* If you want to have fun, experiment with white cheddar, adding a drop of food coloring for colored Cheddar Puffs!!!
