Finding ways to get the family moving is not only good for your children's health, but it is good for your own health. Children should be getting at least 60 minutes of moving (physical activity) on most days to benefit their health and wellness. Parents can also benefit by getting up and moving. Modern devices make it easier for people to move very little during their day. For health sake, we need to get people up and being more physically active. We need to Move it Move it!
Move it! Move it! Madagascar the film was released in 2005. I think one of the best things about the movie was the song by King Julian, "I Like To Move It." I am waiting for someone to release the "Move it Move it" song from Madasgar as a motivational exercise video. It is just one of those songs that gets you up and moving (and even grooving). There is another version of the song that played at the end of the movie was my daughter's favorite song. Every time we watched the film that summer we had to wait around for the credits, so the girls could "Move it Move it!" Description: King Julien's song "I like to move it" from Dreamworks's Madagascar. I have also used the song as wake up and "Move it Move it" to get the girls out of bed in the morning.
