I like beef. Yep, I absolutely love artery clogging, heart attack-inducing red meat.  If I could incorporate ground beef into every recipe I make, I would be one happy camper.  So with the heavy responsibility of my families arteries on my own narrow shoulders, I have tested all of  the widely available variety of beef alternatives: ground turkey, ostrich, buffalo, ground chicken, even crumbled tofu.
