If you recently bought a juicy, sweet cantaloupe, ask your
grocer where it was grown before you bite a chunk outta that melon. The Food
and Drug Administration (FDA) issued an
alert on March 22 regarding cantaloupe grown by Honduran company Agropecuaria Montelibano. The cantaloupes appear to be associated with
an outbreak of Salmonella Litchfield in the US and Canada.

Finding ways to get the family moving is not only good for your children's health, but it is good for your own health. Children should be getting at least 60 minutes of moving (physical activity) on most days to benefit their health and wellness. Parents can also benefit by getting up and moving. Modern devices make it easier for people to move very little during their day. For health sake, we need to get people up and being more physically active. We need to Move it Move it!
