This tasty duo is a delicious match for my table. We love Italian food and this set fits right in. The Master Blend Olive Oil is smooth and fruity. The Dark Balsamic Vinegar is aromatic and tangy. My family enjoyed the pairing with a freshly baked loaf of bread. We also whisked up some vinaigrette with it and enjoyed it over steamed green beans with almonds. The fragrance is delightful.

Product Cons

Not really a bad thing, just a note. This oil is more fragile than that you wold buy in the grocery store. It cannot be left on the kitchen counter or it will diminish in flavor. We ate it up so fast, this wasn't a problem.

The pouring spouts included in this kit are very useful. It make the plate presentation much easier. I like the cork in the cap, too. No spill worries.
