Bacon Avocado Pita Pizzas |

A fresh pizza idea with a bit of a healthy twist.
Ingredients:
4 Whole Wheat Pitas
1 Avocado
1 pkg. Already Cooked Bacon Strips
2 Tomatoes, diced
1 pkg. Watercress, chopped
3 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
Directions:
Mix the tomatoes, watercress, and vinegar together.
Spray the pitas with pam and Heat in a skillet until they start to harden.
Mash the avocado and spread evenly on the four pitas.
Top with the balsamic mixture and pieces of chopped bacon.
Enjoy!
