Potato Pancakes Recipe PDF Print E-mail

This potato pancakes recipe makes an ideal breakfast served with eggs, bacon or sausage.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup (250ml) flour
  • 2 cups(500ml) milk
  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled and grated
  • 1/4(60ml) oil

Procedure

Combine egg, flour and milk in a blender. Process for 30 seconds. Add potatoes1 tbsp at a time and blend until smooth. Heat a little oil in a pan and pour in 1 tbsp of potato mixture, 4tbsp for large flabjacks. Move the pan to spread over base. Fry both sides until brown and crisp.

Serves 6
