50 Calorie Fruit Popsicle Recipe

This fruit popsicle recipe is only 50 calories each and made of real fruit.

rest easy knowing the summertime fun popsicle treat is healthy.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blackberries, thawed
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup sliced peaches
- 1 1/2 cups cubed honeydew melon
Preparation
- Put blackberries and sugar in a blender, blend until smooth. Make sure you strain the mixture through a mesh sieve nto a bowl; discard the things in the sieve. Put the blackberry puree aside. Puree the peaches in the blender and set aside. Puree the honeydew melon in the blender and set aside.
- Spoon two tablespoons blackberry puree into each of six (3 oz) of the popsicle molds. Layer on two tablespoons peach puree. Spoon two tablespoons honeydew puree on top of the peach layer.
- Place popsicle sticks in the center of the molds. Freeze for six hours or until totally frozen.
Serving size: One popsicle
